• X27 and X28 buses will detour between Battery Pl at Greenwich St and Broadway and Park Row
  Northbound buses will operate via West St from the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel exit to W 23rd St, resuming service on E 23rd St at 6th Ave.
  
  The last southbound stop in Manhattan will be on Broadway at Barclay St, buses will then operate south on the FDR Drive to the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel, resuming regular service in Brooklyn.
