Service Alert for Route:

• Have you noticed that we're updating bus stop signs in Queens? We're preparing for the Queens Bus Network Redesign coming this summer
  Queens Bus Network Redesign service improvements will be phased in by route on June 29 and August 31, 2025.
  
  Until then, know that your bus route will still serve current stops, but some signs will reflect future service.
  
  Use the MTA app or BusTime to plan your trip.

• Q59 buses will be detoured from Grand St between 55th St and the Metropolitan Ave Bridge
  For eastbound service, use the stops on Grand St at Metropolitan Ave Bridge or Grand Ave at Rust St.
  
  For westbound service, use the stops on Grand Ave at 57th St or Grand St at Metropolitan Ave Bridge.
  
  Buses will also make requested stops along Metropolitan Ave in both directions.

  Grand St at Grand St Bridge
  Along Grand Ave from 47th St to 54th St
  
  Westbound missed stops:
  Along Grand Ave from 54th St to 47th St
