  Southbound S74 and S84 buses will not make stops from Arthur Kill Rd/Arden Heights Plaza to Woodrow Rd/ Helois Pl.
  Northbound S74 buses will not make stops from Woodrow Rd/Lenevar Ave to Arthur Kill Rd/Arden Ave.
  
  Please board northbound buses at Woodrow Rd/Lenevar Ave or Arthur Kill Rd/Arden Ave.
  Please board southbound buses at Arthur Kill Rd/Arden Heights Plaza or Woodrow Rd/ Helois Pl.
